With excitement in the air, the winners of this year’s Irish Family Business Awards were revealed at a special lunchtime gala on the 30th of October at The Johnstown Estate, hosted by MC Matt Cooper.

The ceremony was a truly memorable occasion, honouring generations of families who have built, nurtured, and grown their businesses across Ireland. The evening celebrated the dedication, innovation, and enduring legacy of family enterprises, recognising their vital role at the heart of the Irish economy.

Over 300 guests came together to celebrate the incredible achievements of Irish family businesses. Among the standout moments of the afternoon was the recognition of Keogh's Crisps ULC as the Overall Family Business of the Year, and Water Babies, who proudly took home the Overall People’s Choice Award. Both winners embody the dedication, innovation, and community spirit that define family businesses across the country.
The calibre of entries in 2025 was exceptionally high, with the judging panel facing tough decisions in every category. Each finalist represents the best in their field, and the winners stood out for their impact, innovation, and commitment to excellence. Huge congratulations to all of you!
